Introduction Session Policy Parents/ Guardians must be present in introduction session if child is under the age of consent (under 16) The Introduction Session is a free, no-obligation opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore how I can support your learning goals. There is no payment required and no commitment to continue after the session. Purpose of the Session This session is designed to understand your current level, discuss your goals, and identify areas where support may be helpful. It also gives you a chance to experience my teaching style and ask any questions. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling and Cancellation If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. Punctuality Please join the session on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other bookings. Session Format Sessions are conducted online. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for learning. No Obligation There is no requirement to continue with further sessions. After the introduction session, you are free to decide whether you would like to proceed with regular lessons. All session pricing and options are clearly provided on our website.
