Service Description
Build a strong foundation in maths with personalised one to one KS3 tutoring. Each session is tailored to your child’s unique needs, helping them develop confidence, improve problem solving skills, and prepare for the transition to GCSE. Lessons are engaging, supportive, and paced to match the student’s learning style, ensuring steady progress and lasting results. You can choose a one off session or a weekly recurring slot, and lessons can be cancelled anytime with 24 hours notice. Regular feedback is provided so parents can track improvement every step of the way.
Cancellation Policy
As this is a professional service, missing a scheduled introduction without notice will result in the session being forfeited and may affect eligibility for future lessons Other information regarding the booking of sessions : 1. Booking & Scheduling All lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made through the website or by emailing contact@mastermathstutoring.com Regular weekly time slots can be reserved in advance to secure availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate. If I need to cancel a lesson, I will offer a rescheduled time or a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made by emailing contact@mastermathstutoring.com 3. Payments Payments must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson to confirm your session. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, or debit or credit card via Stripe. Refunds are not issued for missed or late-cancelled lessons. 4. Missed Lessons & Lateness If a student does not attend a lesson without notice, the full fee will still apply. If a student is late without prior notice, the tutor will remain on the scheduled session for 20 minutes until the session is forfeited. 5. Tutor’s Commitment I will always be punctual, prepared, and professional. In the event of technical issues for online lessons, I will reschedule the session if the issue cannot be resolved. 6. Student Expectations Students should come prepared with the necessary materials such as notebooks, calculator or a device. For online lessons, a reliable internet connection and a quiet learning environment are expected. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring younger students are ready for lessons. 7. Holidays & Breaks Lessons continue as normal during school holidays unless otherwise agreed by the tutor or parent. Please provide advance notice if you plan to pause lessons for holidays. 8. Confidentiality & Data All student information is kept strictly confidential. Any lesson recordings if agreed are for educational purposes only and will not be shared without permission. 9. Communication Preferred contact: contact@mastermathstutoring.com I aim to reply within the next school day. I may not respond to non urgent messages outside of 9 am to 5 pm UK time on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends.
